Snoqualmie has two distinct halves. The historic town sits on the valley floor by the falls, built around the old mill and the railway, with modest early-century houses on a compact grid. Snoqualmie Ridge, above it, is a large master-planned community built out from the late 1990s through the 2000s.
The Ridge gives us the cleanest cohort pattern anywhere on our map. Thousands of houses went up inside roughly a decade with the same builder hardware, the same door sizes and the same specifications — so they reach the end of their spring life, their roller life and their opener life together. One call from a street genuinely predicts the next three, and we are happy to schedule neighbours as a group and to say plainly when a door has simply run out of cycles rather than developed a fault. Down in the old town it is the opposite: small original openings, century-old framing and legacy hardware.
