Issaquah is home. Our shop sits on Gilman Boulevard between the old Front Street downtown and the newer commercial strip, where three mountains close in around the valley floor. Everything we do starts here, and the single biggest advantage of that is not the drive time — it is the stock room.
Being based in town means we keep depth rather than a van load. Legacy spring sizes for the century-old openings down by Front Street, wide-door sets for the newer builds up the hill, commercial hardware for the businesses along Gilman, and sealed rollers and seal by the box. That is why Issaquah calls finish in one visit far more often than the industry average — the part is fifteen minutes away rather than three days. We also do a good deal of small-commercial work in town: Gilman Village and the old converted buildings around it hold shops and restaurants whose service and delivery doors were retrofitted into structures never designed for them, and those need somebody who will read the building instead of forcing a standard fitting into it.
